Despite a slight increase in the number of seminary students after the Islamic Revolution, statistics indicate a lack of clergy in many parts of the country. Many urban and rural areas are deprived of the presence of clergymen other than during the holy month of Ramadan and Muharram. The plans of trustee agencies, despite their relative success, have yet to address this shortcoming. Part of the reasons for the disillusionment of the students is that they are rooted in the attitude of the students. In this article, while studying the attitude of the students towards Qom migration, its relationship with factors affecting their acceptance of their social roles has also been studied. The statistical population of this study is married students of Qom seminary and the sample size is 383. The results show that students' attitude toward migration is positive (3.5 out of 5). The findings show that there is a significant relationship between the ability of the students to propagate, the material and spiritual support of the promotional organizations, the conditions of the places of advertisement and the family conditions of the students and their attitudes towards migration, thus Their social networks, the most important of which is immigration, need to increase their advertising power, support their respective centers, be favorable to the conditions of their advertising locations, and improve their family situation.
