The aim of this study was recontextualizing holy quran teachings as a framework for the development of the Solidarity of social system. This research was qualitative project case study that conducted using thematic analysis and recontextualizing methods. In order to authenticate the validity of the research data concepts such as credibility, defensibility and trustworthiness have been used. Research findings indicate that recontextualizing the Holy Quran teachings as a framework for the development of the solidarity of social systems could be explained in the form of conceptual, structural, social, emotional and spiritual themes. Henceforth, conceptual dimension such includes components comprchcnding the conccpt of solidarity, purpose, necssities, and strategies. In the structural dimension components such as strategic orientation, organizational design and cultural context are important. In the social dimension components such as Identity, conformity, commitment and In the emotional dimension components such as Desires, belonging, positive feelings and Finally,in spiritual dimension components including Worshipping Rituals, Belief bases and Moral system are explained.
