Establishing order in society depends on the existence of law, and training people to abide by those laws. In the Islamic view, such a law and education has been developed by religion and presented to human society. Given the need of society for a moral human being, in the absence of a single and coherent narrative of religion, it is inevitable to provide a framework for moralizing and socializing people in the lack of religion. Durkheim, one of the pioneers of the theory of civic education, has proposed such a theory. According to him, society has the authority of legislation, and on the other hand, the emphasis on its sanctity supports the moral education of individuals. On the contrary, based on the Quran, man cannot build a moral society without divine law and without a messenger to whom the explanation of law and justice depends. In this paper, using the documentary method and surah-based contemplation an excerpt from the semantic and communicative structure of Surah Al-Nissa has been drawn, We have examined the Qur'an's view on how to implement the law in a community of faith and human commitment to social rights and compared Durkheim's educational approach.
