Abstract
In the framework of Islamic management, social tolerance can be considered as a key element to promote ethical management that respects differences. The relationship between psychological capital and social tolerance is another issue that is studied in the current research, which is complex and multifaceted. The statistical population of this research is the administrative and educational staff of Mohaghegh Ardabili University, which was determined by random and targeted sampling of 118 people using Morgan's table. Data collection was done using standard questionnaires. Data analysis was done through structural equation modeling and using SPSS 23 and SMART PLS 3 software. The results of the research showed that Islamic management has a direct and positive effect on social tolerance and psychological capital, β = 0.775 and β = 0.826, respectively. The results of this research showed that Islamic management increases psychological capital among employees, and social tolerance in the university environment is necessary to create an environment that values diversity and promotes social cohesion.
