Among the various theories that have addressed revolutionary analysis, Huntington’s theory of unbalanced development is of secondary importance because of the popularity of research and the focus on political institutions and its role in social and economic transformations. Many researchers disagree about whether Samuel Huntington's theory of uneven development is capable of explaining the Iranian revolution. This theory is still in the debate. This issue has also been measured in the Tunisian revolutionary developments in 2011. This article tries to assess the ability of the two countries to balance the theory of balanced development with the alignment of the Iranian Revolution of 1979 and 2011 in Tunisia. The author believes that the political development was a factor in the crisis in both Iran and Tunisia, but it is not a major cause of the Iranian revolution and is more in line with the Tunisian Revolution. Nevertheless, the present article will show that the theory of unbalanced development with its constraints only explains part of the causes and factors of the Iranian revolution and is more consistent with the Tunisian revolution. The need to political participation was the basic cause for Tunisian revolution, and in regard with the social and economic development, the status quo in Tunisia hindered the fair distribution and execution of laws, leading to social inequality. In other words, the economic problem in Tunisia had not its roots in economic non-development; rather, it was the result of the social disrupt, corruption, and the economic dominance of Bin Ali and his dynasty over Tunisia.}, keywords = {revolution,Huntington's theory,Islamic world,social disrupt,Tunisia}, title_fa = {مطالعه تبیینی تئوری انقلاب هانتینگتون در انقلاب تونس (تحلیلی نو بر ریشه تاریخی تحولات 2011)}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه و تحلیل نظریه انقلاب هانتینگتون با انقلاب تونس از اهداف مهم این پژوهش است. یکی از نظریه‏‏هایی که در وقوع انقلاب‏ها ارائه‎شده، نظریه توسعه ناموزون و تئوری شکاف هانتینگتون است. تحولات سیاسی و انقلاب تونس براساس نظریه مذکور مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع هدف، تحقیق بنیادی است که به روش کیفی و با استفاده از تکنیک توصیف و تحلیل و با ابزار فیش‌برداری از منابع کتابخانه‏ای، اسناد، مدارک و سایت‏های معتبر علمی انجام گرفته است. نگارنده در این مقاله درصدد پاسخ‏دهی به این پرسش هست که؛ نظریه هانتینگتون، به چه میزان توانایی تبیین انقلاب‏ تونس را داراست و تا چه اندازه می‎توان انقلاب تونس را در چارچوب نظریه مذکور تبیین کرد. یافته‏های توصیفی و تحلیلی پژوهش نشان می‏دهد، شاخص توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی در تونس مطابقت داشته و عدم توسعه سیاسی و بحران در مشارکت سیاسی به‌عنوان عامل اصلی انقلاب در تونس بوده است. در نتیجه شاخص و نشانه‏های موجود در نظریه انقلاب هانتینگتون براساس اطلاعات و داده‏های موجود با انقلاب تونس مطابقت دارد. در نتیجه نظریه انقلاب هانتینگتون دارای سه شاخص توسعه‌یافتگی اقتصادی و اجتماعی و عدم توسعه سیاسی است. نیاز به مشارکت سیاسی علت اساسی انقلاب تونس بوده و در زمینه توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی وضعیت حاکم بر کشور تونس مانع از توزیع و اجرای عادلانه بوده در نتیجه منجر به نابرابری اجتماعی شد. به سخنی دیگر مشکل اقتصادی تونس ریشه در عدم توسعه اقتصادی نداشته؛ بلکه نتیجه شکاف اجتماعی، فساد، رانت و سلطه اقتصادی زین العابدین بن علی و خاندانش بر تونس بود.}, keywords_fa = {انقلاب,نظریه هانتینگتون,جهان اسلام,شکاف اجتماعی,تونس}, url = {https://soci.rihu.ac.ir/article_1836.html}, eprint = {https://soci.rihu.ac.ir/article_1836_475d13e32bb4d9a805cadbb9a5ae952e.pdf} }
